This is an ongoing project I've undertaken to bring life back to a scrapped 996 Turbo. The goal? Purpose-built track car.
I scanned the chassis using a FaroArm 3D scanner with 6 different scans - one at each corner of the vehicle, and two on the interior. These scans were pieced together in Fusion to give a dimensionally-accurate model of the chassis, from which I can begin to build my suspension assemblies, body panels, and roll cage.
